Terry
Dean Schmidt
Professor Schmidt is an internationally known
management consultant who specializes in leadership training,
team-building, change management, strategic planning, and high
performance management systems. He has a BS in aerospace engineering
from the University of Washington and MBA from the Harvard Business
School.
Professor Schmidt has a long history of work in Thailand, beginning
in 1975 when he introduced the “Logical Framework” to the NESDB
and RTG agencies and trained many Thai leaders. Later he was
an in-house management advisor for USAID/Thailand, and assisted
with numerous development projects to improve the quality of
life in poorer provinces in Thailand.
He has been consultant to Thai organizations including EGAT,
Yip In Tsoi, Thai Airways International, and the Thai Supreme
Headquarters.
He teaches twice each year at UCLA’s famous Technical Management
Program, where he is rated in the top 10% of all instructors. Professor
Schmidt is the author of several management books and has been listed
in Who’s Who in the World. |

Sinee
Panaree
Sinee Panaree, Managing Director and Education
Advisor, teaches leadership development, personal empowerment,
and life strategy to corporate and government clients
in the United States and Asia. Born in Thailand, she has
worked for UNESCO and Datsun Motors. She was the Thai
team leader of the University of Maryland consulting team
which assisted the Thai Supreme Headquarters in designing
programs for the Affected Thai Village Project.
She brings working experience from the World Bank in Washington
D.C., as well as an entrepreneurial background. Ms. Panaree
has studied at Georgetown University, the University of
California, Riverside, and the University of Washington.
Ms.Panaree has taught executives, engineers, attorneys,
and professionals at all levels and is a compelling and
motivating trainer. |
